Step 1

If you wish to make the text Horizontal alignment, first choose the Paragraph tab from the Text properties window and then select the Horizontal alignment in the list box as shown by the picture below. After that just click the Apply button.

Step 2

Then, you'll see that your text has changed into Horizontal alignment just like the picture below.
